REFUND POLICY
We’re “Branord Group LLC” is the owner, publisher and operator of this website (“E-comarc.com”). If you have ordered items from Us that you no longer need or unhappy with, please contact Us for a refund and returning the item.
You may request a refund on goods sold within 10 days of receipt.
To be entitled to a return, the Customer must be met the following conditions :
• The Items must be in its original packaging,
• The Items must be in unused and new condition,
• The Items must not be damaged,
• The Items must be returned with its original receipt,
• The Items must be returned with its original tags and labels.
If the expressed conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject, return and refund.
In case of an approved return, we will pay shipping by providing a shipping label or refunding the supplementary fee of the shipping to the Customer.
Shipping will be paid by us by providing a shipping label or refunding the shipping’s additional cost to the Customer.
Refunds on sale items are allowed and subject to identical conditions as refunds on regularly-priced items.
Customers may have the option to request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchange requests may be processed and accepted or denied.
